Bridgerton weekend binge

Season 2 series poster – credit, Netflix

I admit, I binged this entire season in one sitting and I have to say I enjoyed it! I loved the costumes, the music and also the chemistry that Anthony Bridgerton and Miss Kate Sharma shared. The portrayal of Miss Sharma was amazing! She truly could do it all and had a feisty attitude as well. Miss Edwina Sharma reminded me very much of season one’s diamond of the season: Daphne, but I appreciated how the storyline went, and it was an interesting route to go for. I think when I get the chance, I’ll be sitting down and enjoying the books for the series!

First movie I remember watching…

Jurassic World

Ok, while the first movie I have ever watched was actually Jurassic Park, I thoroughly enjoy this photo because it blends both modern life (the dome ride behind the people) and also ancient times (dinosaur). As a kid, I was lucky to be able to spend time at home and hang out with my grandmother. At the ripe age of 3, I remember asking her to help put on the Purple Dinosaur VHS tape… The thing is, my grandma speaks limited English, and reading wise is similarly, limited.

Instead of my Barney and Friends episode, I spent about 2 hours watching dinosaurs via Jurassic Park, and from there on, I honestly believed that dinosaurs were real. It wasn’t until I turned 7, did my mom tell me they were extinct.
